How does it work?

We assign a business advisor to your business. The business advisor is assigned to you based on his or her ability to understand fundamental business issues. The business advisor works with you and the GTM team to develop the best solutions for your business's success. These solutions include a complete line of business development support from intellectual protection to designing and facilitating your final exit strategy. The GTM advisor is committed to you and your business for a minimum number of hours each month. While present at your company site or in meeting with you or your team, the GTM advisor identifies your strengths, weaknesses, and requirements while providing actionable guidance that is tailored to your circumstances. You and your GTM advisor can also draw on other members of the GTM team to tap specific skills and capabilities and to discuss ideas for accelerating your company's success.

Based upon where your company is in its growth stage, we provide our services on a fixed number of purchased hours per month. Those hours may be used for any mix of management/consulting services GTM offers. If more hours are required, we simply provide the additional time needed to get the assignment completed by the most efficient and effective means. If less hours are required, the unused hours are banked and applied to management and consulting services provided in subsequent months.
